The Mummers Parade is in Philadelphia, PA, USA on New Years Day - January 1st.
The comic division will kick off the parade at 9 a.m. (subjest to change)at Broad Street and Washington Avenue, followed by the fancies at Snyder Avenue and the string bands and Fancy Brigades from Oregon Avenue. They will march up Broad Street to the judges' stands at City Hall.
Check the map for the details.
If you can't get a ticket to sit at the judging stand the best places are at designated drill locations.

The Comic start at 9:00am, Fancies after that and the String Bands at about 11:00am. the Fancy Brigades are inside the Convention Center at 12:00noon and 5:00pm. They will also follow the String Bands and Parade on Broad Street from Oregon to Washington Ave.
There are parking garages and Parallel City (mostly meter) Parking in and around Center City.

The parade was shown nationally for a few years on the travel channel. They choose not to continue the telecasts. Maybe if enough people call or write they will start showing it again. Sorry.
